BJJ FIT

BJJ Fit is a 30 min class designed to help our members build their strength, mobility and endurance for BJJ. This program aims to strengthen the body with exercises that benefit your overall skill in the sport. Built around BJJ movements and comprising mostly bodyweight exercises, BJJ Fit is designed to improve the connection between mind and body. Class is run by Coach Gino (BJJ Blackbelt) and Coach Ryan (qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach).
