Beginners Program BJJ

At Balance, we have a dedicated beginners program. A constantly rotating 12 week program where you will learn the basics and fundamentals of the art. Movements, positions, escapes and attacks. At Balance we want to help you discover what benefits BJJ can provide, in a safe, fun and structured way. This program will give you the tools to do so. Sparring is limited in this class so your focus can be on learning necessary skills required to begin All Levels classes and begin sparring. There’s no start or end point in the program, as it rotates so the best time to start is now.
